This menu is designed for a special occasion where you will be having a rather large gathering, such as your extended family.

Many of these items will either keep well or can be prepared beforehand. Items in white (and underlined) are included in our recipeweb.

  • Egg casserole (Keeps well and feeds many.)

  • Pancakes and/or French Toast

  • Apple-Glazed Sausage with Bacon*

  • Maple-Glazed Canadian Bacon*

  • Spiced Maple Syrup*

  • Oven-Puffed Pancake with Fruit Topping (Dessert)*

  • Juices: orange, grapefruit and/or apple

  • Coffee
