Our Stuffing
(We originally used white bread without crusts, but now use white or whole wheat
with crusts.)

1/2 - 3/4 loaf |

bread, cubed |
1/2 lb. |
227 gm |
pork sausage meat (1/2 package) |
1 |

onion, diced |
|
|
salt, pepper to taste |
|
|
poultry seasoning to taste |
|
|
parsley flakes |
- Tear apart bread into large bowl
- Fry up sausage meat, breaking up into small chunks, cool
- add sausage meat, diced onion and spices to bread crumbs.
- Mix well
- Stuff into bird or wrap in tinfoil and bake.
